Home Remedies to Prevent Hair Loss:


Instead of going to get an expensive treatment in parlor it’s better to use home remedies to prevent your hair fall or hair loss. 
Try the following tips and see how it effects to prevent your hair fall!

1.        Aloe Vera:

It is very effective to prevent hair loss. You have to apply that Aloe Vera to the scalp. First massage that Aloe Vera gel to the scalp and waits for an hour then wash the hair with Luke warm water. It reduces hair fall. It helps to hair growth also.

2.   Head massage:

Regular massaging the scalp for 15minutes every day with Luke warm oil will help to prevent hair loss. As it help to blood circulation.


3.   Oils:

Oil is good for health and hair. If you continuously massage olive oil to your scalp then it prevents hair loss. Even it helps to grow the hair. The other oils are coconut, jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil these oils are helpful to control the dandruff.

4.   Neem:

Neem is one of the best home remedies which are very cheapest source and natural source. It has much medicine value in it which is good for health & even beauty.Take some water and boil neems leaves in that water until that water level falls its initial quantity. Rinse your hair with that boiled neem water.

5.   Garlic juice:

Garlic juice can help you get rid of those lice in your hair. Mix it with lemon juice and massage this on the hair at night. Wash it in the morning. Repeat this every day for 5 days. This is one of the best benefits of garlic juice for hair.

6.   Ginger juice:

If you want to have long and shiny hair, you should consume ginger juice regularly. It can also be applied on the scalp for good results. Just make sure that when you are applying it to your scalp, the consistency of water should be less. Ginger acts as a good conditioner to your hair; it also helps to reduce dandruff and speeds up hair growth. When ginger juice is applied to your hair, it creates irritation on your scalp which stimulates the flow of blood.

7.   Onion juice:

It is an ingredient from our kitchen. Onions are rich in sulfur contents. This helps in growth of hairs and even in blood circulation. Onion juice makes your hair stronger and it reduces scalp infection. Blend some onions and extract juice apply this on your scalp leave it for half an hour and rinse with shampoo and water. Do it for twice a week. From this you can prevent your hair fall and it helps to growth of hair.

8.       Carrot juice:

Carrot is a natural vegetable which is rich in nutrients and minerals. It is one of those miracle concoctions that is good for various purposes. It helps treat and prevent diseases and helps improve our vision, skin, hair, nail etc. Drinking carrot juice daily is a habit that everyone should start, as it is as healthy and tasty as well. This carrot juice helps to growth your hair and it prevents hair fall. We can use tis carrot for health and even beauty.

9.   Beetroot :
                    
Beetroot juice contains carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and Vitamin B and C. All these nutrients enable blood circulation in the scalp which promotes healthy hair growth.

 Beetroot juice can be mixed with henna as a natural dye to get auburn hues. As it is chemical free, it will keep the hair healthy and beautiful. You can also rinse you hair with pure beetroot juice diluted with water to give a reddish tint to your hair. Mix beet juice with ginger and massage your scalp with this mix. This will prevent hair loss and baldness.

10.       Coconut Milk:  
      
   Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its juice. Massaging coconut milk (juice) on the scalp can also help to prevent hair fall.

11.       Hibiscus:
     Regular use of hibiscus leaves and flowers increases the growth of hair and it makes your hair very shiny. If you use this paste on you scalp and hair you can cure dandruff and hair fall. Apply this paste and keep it till it gets dry and wash it with cold water.

12.       Egg:

      Eggs are another rich source of sulfur; they also contain a lot of protein and minerals such as selenium, iodine, phosphorus, iron and zinc. This makes it an excellent promoter of hair regrowth especially when combined with olive oil.

13.       Other methods:

Ø  Clean your comb once in a week. If you felt unclean / dirty about that comb use some soap or shampoo and brush to clean that comb. It should be cleaned it is one of the precaution also to reduce hair loss.

Ø  Do not use any chemical treatment like ironing your hair or coloring etc. it lead to hair fall. Use any natural items it prevents hair fall.

Ø     Don’t tie your hair tightly it give more pressure on your hair, it leads to hair fall or hair breakage.

Ø  Do not wash your hair with hot water which leads to hair fall. Use cold or Luke warm water to rinse your hair. Instead of using hair drier Try to use natural sunlight outside to dry your wet hair which is very helpful to prevent hair loss.

Ø  Do not rub your hair vigorously with your towel. It leads to hair fall.  Smoothly you have to rub your hair with towel from this you can prevent hair fall.

Ø    Don’t comb your wet hair. It leads to hair fall and hair breakage. Let your wet hair be dried later on you can comb with wide-toothed comb.

Ø     A wide toothed comb must be used to your hair to gently detangle your hair. Later on you can use fine-toothed comb to your hair style. It reduces hair breakage and even hair fall.
